I have discovered: PEANUT BUTTER WIKI!
My group is designing an action plan for a whole-school approach to numeracy, and the medium we are using is a wiki. So, we decided to try this one.
It's actually not a bad site. It's free, but your options are limited if you don't pay. None the less, it's good enough.
The new format for easy editing (much like what's up in the rich text menu of this) is new, so there is a bug in it. Occasionally you can't do any editting, but it's easy enough to get around; you click 'source', and then you click it again. That works.
It's pretty easy to use, it doesn't require a great deal of web knowledge, and you can figure it out fairly easily by playing with it for a few mins.
So yeah, just giving it a plug :-)
