I set food on fire!

Coq au Vin.
It involves chicken, bacon, mushrooms, onion, garlic, stock, red wine, brandy, and YES FIRE. The brandy gets set alight! =D
It was a lot of fun to make and turned out really good. Also, I cooked it in my NEW SKILLET. It is large, has deep walls, a lid and is non-stick! =D Sooo awesome!!!!
