Recipe goodness!
Apr. 6th, 2011 10:25 am Tonight's recipe (#13) will be Lamb Bake with Polenta. I'll edit later with how it turned out :-)
ETA: So, the recipe wasn't too bad, but I would modify a few things.
1) I'd use less tomato, because it overpowered it a bit. Next time I'd probably use a single can a and maybe add some stock
2) I'd probably add some veggies thoug I haven't decided which yet
3) I'd use less cheese, because it came out extremely salty
So yeah, not a bad recipe, but in need of a few modifications.
