I made dessert!

Well, I made it with the guidance of my fiancé's mum :-) We made a mini apple crumble that we made up on the spot.

#8:

2 granny smith apples
squeeze of lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon
cup of oats
couple of cloves
some brown sugar
some plain flour
some butter

Slice the apples and stew them with the juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Mix up the dry ingredients.
Put the stewed apples into a little ceramic baking tray and spread the dry ingredients over it.
Put small dots of butter around the top of the dry mix
Microwave the lot for 2min

Serve with ice cream and enjoy! =D
