Of course, we still don't know exactly what I'm sensitive to, but we've at least ruled that out.
I've also figured out which preservative it is that causes me issues. It's 282, and I know this because there have been three foods which resulted in particularly bad reactions and they all had that as a preservative, and two of them had that as their *only* preservative. So I'm just going to avoid that from now on :-p
So, I wanted to share that wonderful piece of news and express how exhausting it is to discuss ethics with your students, even if they're really interested and giving really good responses.
