This week's new recipe (#5) was Beef Wellington. I could technically count it as 2 recipes because I also made the tepenade to go with it. I may well decide to do that, depending on how next week goes at work. Or I might keep it in reserve for a busier time ;-)
It turned out reasonably good, the only issues being that we made the mistake of covering the baking dish (meaning it took an extra half-hour to cook) and that the gravy only needed 1 cup of beef stock rather than 2.
But, it was delicious! =D
