Holiday Health Kick:

- Cutting down on dairy.
- Stopping eating chocolate by replacing it with exercise.
- This means riding my bike every day unless I'm sick or it is raining. The rain won't be a problem because I'm soon getting a poncho thing which will totally rock on a bike. Ater that, thunderstorms will be the only kind of weather to get in my way (getting struck by lighting would be a hell of a kick, but not the healthy kind). The fact that I plan to cycle to my fiancé's place means that it won't be that difficult :-)

I'm keeping it qutie simple, so wish me luck :-)
