ikona_rakasha :-) I didn't get it quite right, though. I couldn't find whole roast capsica, so I bought the jar of strips and just threw the lot in to the pan. I also didn't have any crushed tomatoes, so I had my husband crush some for me and I included some Leggo's tomato paste and water. the egg yolks were also a little bit overdone, but it was still delicious :-) I highly recommend it.
